Patient came with the complaint of pain in the upper left back tooth region.We diagnosed that pain was due to infected root portion present.The treatment we suggested for the patient was to remove the root portion and replace it with dental(basal) implants.
The root portion was removed painlessly under local anaesthesia.We immediately placed the basal implants and impression was taken.Zirconium crown was given within three days.
