Patient came to our hospital with a complaint of gap between the teeth and looks ugly.we advised veeners.
Before starting the veneers,we fabricate a dummy teeth frame work on patient model..After patient is satisfied  with the smile designing frame work,then we started smile designing in patient mouth.
